Eligibility
Enrolled youth are ages 5 through 21. Children must be age 5 by August 1st of the year in order to attend kindergarten during the academic year.
Required documents
Birth Certificate and Social Security Number for child, Ohio ID or Driver's License of the parent or guardian, Proof of Address/Residency (current utility bill, lease or home purchase agreement), child's immunization record, custody papers (if applicable), previous school records (if applicable), will be advised about other needed documents. Students without a fixed night-time address (such as: homeless, doubled-up, or without a permanent residence) should be enrolled immediately without documents.

Application process
Registrations are by appointment only. May register online for an appointment or phone to schedule an appointment. Kindergarten registration begins in March (recommended), however, may register for kindergarten throughout year.
