Eligibility

Geauga county residents who do not own a car and are emplyed or in college. Income must be at 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or less.

Identification required (one of the following): Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, State I.D. or Driver's License. Other documents may vary depending on the applicant's situation (agency will advise).
