Serves residents of Portage County, pregnant women and families, with infants/toddlers age birth through age three (3) at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or those identified with extreme need.

Offers resources to new or expecting parents. Assists with diapers and wipes, blankets, clothing, baby food and formula, and other items to ensure the baby's health and development. Provides linkage to resources for baby furniture and safety items as well as referrals to community service providers. Offers parenting skills training as needed.
