Eligibility

- Hears all cases involving adults who are age 18 and are involved in a small claims or traffic case in one of the following areas: Wadsworth City, Wadsworth Township, Gloria Glens Village, Seville Village, Lodi Village, Westfield Center Village, Guilford Township, Harrisville Township, Homer Township, Sharon Township and Westfield Township. - Must be age 18 and over to request a court record.
