Individuals in Ohio who are pregnant or who have a child through 6 months and who are considering placing their infant for adoption.

Description

Helps birth parents understand the various adoption routes that are available including adoption through the agency, identified adoption through a client contact or independent adoption with an attorney. Once a choice is made, emotional support is offered and individualized adoption plans are developed. Birth parents receive free pregnancy or adoption counseling, paid medical costs, participation in selecting the adoptive family and mediation of contact between the biological and adoptive parents.
