Provides information and assistance on a wide range of services and benefits with a focus on services that would be of particular help to women veterans (including resources to assist with mental and physical health as well as general social services). Phone agent will refer to or provide information about Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits and services as well as other community resources outside of the VA system that may help with the client's needs.
