Eligibility
Open to children 6 weeks to 3 years of age whose family household income is up to or less than 100% of the federal poverty guidelines. Children experiencing homelessness, children in foster care, and families who receive public assistance (TANF or SSI) are always eligible to enroll regardless of income.

Description
Offers a comprehensive early childhood education program for qualifying households. The program includes preschool readiness learning experiences, fieldtrips, select health screenings, parent involvement opportunities, and more. Children may attend a Head Start Center, or participate in a home-based option and receive weekly home visits.
