Provides pre-screened workers matched to needs of an employer and individualized on-the-job training. Provides contracted work crews. Educates employers concerning disabilities.

Provides community-based behavioral and physical healthcare services in Summit County as well as housing support, homeless outreach, and supported employment. Serves as a safety net for those who suffer from illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, and personality disorders. Services include psychiatric and medical programs, rehabilitation, advocacy, and support for recovery. Agency is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
