Eligibility
-Serves individuals with an Adjusted Gross Income of approximately $69,000 or less
-Anyone with W-2 wages
-If filing a joint return, both parties must be present.
-If a minor – the parent/guardian cannot file on minor's behalf
Required documents
-Photo ID (must be a physical ID
electronic copy not acceptable per IRS). Taxpayers will not be seen if they DO NOT have their Photo ID.
-Birthdates for you, spouse, and dependents
-All tax forms (W-2, 1099’s, 1098)
-Form 1095-A (marketplace health insurance)
-Any information for other income (ie, Rideshare services)
-Social Security card (an electronic copy of your card is acceptable), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number – ITIN
Must have social security cards and birth dates of all dependents being claimed
- IRS PIN (if applicable). PIN issued by the IRS due to the client having identity theft issues.
- Total paid to daycare/childcare provider and their tax ID number
– NEW FOR 2026 IRS is no longer issuing refund checks and clients will need a Direct Deposit account established or will need to set one up before their tax return can be submitted to the IRS
