Virtual: 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month 7 pm-8:30 pm. In-person: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month 6 pm-7pm.

Description

The Anxiety Peer Support Group is an opportunity for people who live with various levels of anxiety to come together and find some relief. Two trained co-facilitators will maintain a safe environment for people of all backgrounds to make connections and find insight. Please feel free to come and share—or just listen—as we discuss the ups and downs of living with anxiety and how to make the most out of life.
