Eligibility

To enter the program, a potential participant must:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have primary custody of at least one child under the age of 18
  • Be a part-time or full-time undergraduate student enrolled in an accredited institution in Ohio
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0
  • Have a household income less than 50% of the Area Median Income
  • Qualify for HUD housing.
