Eligibility
Individuals age 60 and over and/or individuals age 18 and over diagnosed with a chronic disability.

Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Application process
Call or visit the office. Appointments encouraged but not required. In-home assistance offered to those who are homebound.
Fees
There are no fees associated with services provided by the ADRC; however, donations are accepted.
