Central Intake Department 1430 S. High St., 4th Floor Columbus, OH 43207. Individuals interested in accessing any of Maryhaven’s Franklin County services can walk-in, Mon-Fri 8 am–1 pm, and meet with members of our counseling and nursing teams for a level of care assessment and linkage to the appropriate program.
