Open to residents of Hamilton County. Assistance is based on St. Vincent de Paul's assessment of need and availability of items.

Application process

Individuals seeking assistance should view this map to locate the conference that serves their address. Entering a full street address will give most accurate result. Individuals may then call their local conference directly. Upon calling, individuals may be prompted to leave a message detailing their request. Conferences do not accept any walk-ins.

Individuals served by the Neyer Outreach Center may call the assistance helpline Monday-Friday from 8:30am-12:00pm. Individuals can call and talk to a live person or will be put in a queue to have their call returned by 4:00pm. If a person does not receive a call back the same day, they need to call again the next day.
