Application process

- Conducted by appointment only. - Call 330-643-2065 to schedule their appointment. - Download the application and complete it in advance of the appointment. - Prints blank applications for customers who do not have access to computers and/or printers. The customers will be asked to take the documents home to complete and return during their allotted appointment.

Fees

Accepts cash, certified check, money order, personal check, corporate/business check, or credit/debit card. There is a 3% surcharge when paying by credit/debit card. - Fixed fee of $32 for BCI. - Fixed fee of $34 for FBI. - Fixed fee of $60 for both BCI and FBI.

Summit County Clerk Of Courts

Operates as two (2) Divisions for Summit County - Legal and Title. The Legal Division maintains records for the Summit County Common Pleas Court General Division, the Summit County Domestic Relations Court, and the Ninth District Court of Appeals. The Title Division, with three (3) offices throughout Summit County, is responsible for issuing Certificates of Title for watercraft and motor vehicle owners throughout the region. Title Division serves as a Passport Application Acceptance Agency.
