Eligibility
- Serves residents of Jefferson County that are at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level.
- For water, gas and electric: Service must be off, have a disconnect notice or is late with payment.
- May receive assistance one (1) time in a 12 month period.
Required documents
- Photo ID for all adults in the household.
- Birth certificate or Social Security card for all household members.
- Proof of income for household as applicable, including child support, food stamps, and utility assistance.
- Copy of utility bill.
