Eligibility
Qualified electors and residents of the City of Maple Heights. Each Council member must be a resident of the district from which elected and shall have resided continually in the district from which the Councilperson seeks election for at least two (2) years from the next preceding election, and shall continue as a qualified elector and resident therein during the term of office.
