Fees

Third-party payment accepted (Medicaid, Medicare, some Private insurance plans); if uninsured, will attempt to get patient enrolled in various available city, state, or national programs for which they are eligible. May qualify for patient payment assistance, which is a discounted bill based on income and federal poverty guidelines.
