Eligibility
No geographic restrictions. Serves those who do not have health insurance, state medical assistance, or who are underinsured (cannot afford their deductibles and/or co-pays). HPV and Measels/Mumps/Rubella immunizations are for thise age 60 or older otherwsie, no age restrictions.
