Eligibility
Must reside in Lakewood, have a library card (which can be applied for by phone), and be unable to come to the library. There is no age restriction, and situation may be temporary or permanent.

Hours
Materials can be requested during library hours
pick-ups and deliveries are made Tu: 1:00pm-5:00pm. Materials are issued for two weeks, but they can be renewed by phone if more time is required.
Application process
Phone for information or service M-Sa: 9:00am-9:00pm; Su: 1:00pm-9:00pm. Application form can be printed from website, filled out, and submitted at library front desk, or online form can be filled out through website.
