Must be a resident of Washington County for at least 3 months; Must pass Police background check; Must pass a drug test; Strict regulations for housing and job search required daily for residents; Cannot be in shelter between 8am-5pm; Must attend religious services while in shelter, group or personal life management skill counseling.
