Eligibility

- Serves Tuscarawas County households with at least one child under the age of 18 (or through 19 if the child is still in high school), pregnant women (at last trimester of pregnancy), and (in certain cases) the non-custodial father or mother. - Family must have income which is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. - At least one member of the family must be a United States citizen or qualified alien. - Must have a child with a developmental disability or behavioral delay.
