Description
Provides telephone information, referrals and support regarding any form of memory or thinking challenge. No diagnosis needed. Offers free information such as safety tips, suggestions for dealing with challenging behaviors, care options and medication. Also offers programs how to live a brain-healthy lifestyle, printed materials and information sessions about Alzheimer's and related disorders such as Parkinson's, Pick's Disease and dementia.
