- 2nd and 3rd Monday: Noon to 2:00pm. - 4th Monday: 2:00pm to 3:30pm and 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Holiday schedule changes in May, November, and December. Held one (1) week earlier in the month: - 1st and 2nd Monday: Noon to 2:00pm. - 3rd Monday: 2:00pm to 3:30pm and 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
