Description

Provides a variety of wellness and recreational programming for older adults, including but not limited to, travel opportunities, massage therapy, water aerobics and water-based arthritis classes, card games, line dancing, zumba, tai chi, yoga, table tennis and pickleball. We also have a Rock Steady Boxing program for Parkinson’s Disease.
