Caregivers must either be:
-a spouse, child, parent, stepfamily member, or extended family member of the veteran, or
-live full time with the Veteran, or be willing to live full time with the veteran if designated as a family caregiver

Provides financial assistance for family members who are serving as primary caregivers for veterans with a serious illness or disability. Eligible caregivers may receive respite care, assistance with medical care-related travel expenses, caregiver education and training, and other supportive services.
