Eligibility

Serves children, ages 8-17, who are experiencing severe emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse problems that are seriously affecting their ability to function and who reside in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Portage and Summit counties. 8-17

Required documents

Health insurance card, if applicable, or 3-4 pay stubs as verification of income. Would like to see mental health records, school records, and any recent medical records.

Hours

M-F: 3:30pm-7:00pm during the school year and M-F: 9:30am-3:00pm during the summer months.

Description

Provides an alternative to residential psychiatric treatment for children. Day program provides intensive group therapy including art therapy and anger management. Also operates a Stabilization Critical Care Unit for at-risk youth providing 24-hour care and observation in a safe, highly supervised and supportive environment.
