Pre-school - 1st grade (ages 3-6) who are enrolled in Cuyahoga County Municipal School District.

Signed form accepting services (school will provide with date of visit).

Once yearly at designated schools in the district. Times vary.

Description
Provides eye screening and eye examinations for youth enrolled in the school district. Will also provide eye glasses if indicated by the screening. Done in conjunction with Cleveland Clinic.
