Eligibility
Homeless, at-risk of homelessness, low-income, individuals diagnosed with severe mental disabilities.
Required documents
Will be requested as needed.
Hours
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Friday: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Languages
We have access to interpreters and interpretation lines.
Application process
Homeless Outreach Walk-in Hours: Monday 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Will meet in the community for intake.
