Partnership with local restaurants providing eligible participants with 7 meal vouchers per month. Coupons are for dine-in only and for a select menu that meets nutritional requirements. Transportation may be available through Easter Seals (for Mahoning County), MYCAP (for western Mahoning County), Associated Neighbors (for Youngstown), and CARTS (for Columbiana County).
