Open to residents of Hamilton County. Residents may receive one coat per household member per winter.

Application process

Walk-ins accepted. Pre-registration not required. Vouchers are distributed at the Neyer Outreach Center that may be redeemed for a winter coat at any area St Vincent De Paul thrift store.
