Eligibility

Destinations must be less than 30 miles from the member's home to be eligible. Assistance is limited to 15 round-trips or 30 one-way trips per year. One other adult may accompany a rider on their trip.

Rides may be scheduled by:

  • members of Molina Medicaid age 18 or older
  • parent/legal guardian/authorized representative of a Molina Medicaid member

Application process

Contact Member Services at least two business days (48 hours) in advance to schedule a ride. Rides may be scheduled up to 30 days in advance.

Offers transportation for Molina Healthcare Medicaid members to and from a variety of destinations. Plan members may receive a limited amount of trips per year to food pantries, grocery stores, pharmacies, and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) appointments.
