Description

Offers pre-filing counseling and pre-discharge education courses that are required to complete a personal bankruptcy filing. Assistance is provided over the phone. Pre-filing counseling includes a review of income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Pre-discharge education covers a variety of budgeting and financial topics, such as establishing or re-establishing credit and building a savings plan.
