Eligibility

Open to members of AmeriHealth Caritas Medicaid age 18 or older.

  • Destinations must be less than 30 miles from the member's home to be eligible.
  • Assistance is limited to 30 round-trips or 60 one-way trips per year.

Description

Offers transportation for AmeriHealth Caritas Medicaid members to and from a variety of destinations. Plan members may receive a limited amount of trips per year to Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) appointments and/or meetings with the county Department of Job and Family Services to manage their benefits/eligibility.
