Call specialists should direct individuals interested in becoming a DSP to the website to start the application process. After completed, an email referral form should be sent to Darnise Brunson, 2-1-1 Navigator, using the data form.

Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board

Supports adults and children with developmental disabilities. Determines eligibility for services. Provides early intervention for children from birth to age 3. Coordinates services and connects people to supports for individuals age 6 and over.
