Eligibility

Open to individuals who are unable to prepare meals in their own homes. Must live in the following service area, which includes parts of 44111 and 44135: bounded by W 117th St. on the east, the Rocky River on the west, and Lakewood Hts. Blvd. on the north; southern boundary is Puritas Ave. between W 117th St. and W 150th St., and Brook Park Rd. between W 150th St. and the river.

None except prescription if special diet is required.

Delivery M-F between 11:30am-12:00noon.

Application process

Phone and leave a message on the answering machine; the call will be returned, and a telephone interview will be conducted. A prescription from a doctor is required for special diets.

Description

Delivers one hot lunch-time meal and one cold meal, five days per week, excluding weekends. This is a private pay program; diabetic, low-salt, cardiac, renal and soft mechanical diets can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
