Eligibility

Youth, aged 3-22, who have been diagnosed with any disability.

Required documents

Child's Individual Education Plan (IEP). Other documents will be discussed at time of application.

Hours

Sessions are one week long during the summer. Daily hours are M-F: 9:00am-2:00pm.

Fixed fee. May be able to direct families to sources of funds to help pay for camp.

Description

Provides opportunities to practice problem solving, conflict resolution, respecting the ideas of others, cooperation, and team work following direct instruction by special education teachers experienced in autism and trained typical peer role models. Will work in conjunction with child's Individual Education Plan (IEP).
