Fees

Accepts payment in cash and from most insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid (HMO's), Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Caresource, Medical Mutual, Aetna, and United Healthcare insurance, but will see anyone. The cost without accepted insurance coverage is $30.

Provides immunizations that include childhood immunizations as well as immunizations for adults who may need hepatitis A or B, measles/mumps/rubella, diphtheria/tetanus, seasonal flu vaccines, shingles, or chickenpox vaccines. Also does tuberculosis testing and pregnancy testing. Does not offer specialized travel vaccines.
