2nd and 4th Tue 8:30 am-11:30 am and 1 pm-5:30 pm
COVID-19 Immunizations:
* Accepting walk ins for Covid-19 vaccinations.
Mon, Wed, and Thu 9am-11:30am and 1 pm-3 pm
Application process
Call to make an appointment for immunizations. COVID-19 immunization accepts walk ins.
Fees
No charge for surveillance services. Through the Vaccine for Children (VFC) program, there are no vaccination fees for uninsured children ages birth-18. Insurance is billed for other patients. Contact the Nursing Office for a list of accepted insurance providers.
