Eligibility

Eligibility:

  • Applicants who currently live in Adams County, OH and applicants whose household includes a US Veteran are given priority.
  • Applicants' annual household income must be within the low-income limit set by HUD, which cannot exceed 50% of the median income for the area.
  • Each person who would reside in the unit must be a US citizen or non-citizen with eligible immigration status.

Online application required to join the waiting list when open. The waiting list may close and stop accepting applications periodically.

No fee to apply. Rent for qualified applicants is based on 30-40% of monthly adjusted gross income.
