Application process
Walk in to local power company offices or phone M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm for information or to become a member. Phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to report outages. Members are encouraged make payments by mail or by using the South Central app, the My Account section of the website or by using the payment system at 800-282-5064. The app is available through Apple App Store and Google Play. No live representative has access to account information.
Fees
Members receive regular bills for service and pay a consumer charge for each meter on their property.
