Application process

Phone for intake by leaving a message 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. There may be a wait for new patient services.

Fees

Third-party payment accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Financial Counselors will screen uninsured for Marketplace insurance, Medicaid, or hospital charity eligibility. Patients who qualify for charity might not always have a 100% of bill covered. Those who have an outstanding bill may be able to recieve a payment plan on a case-by-case basis.

Provides evaluation and treatment of mental health issues and conditions, such as bipolar disorder, major depression, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, bipolar, obsessive/compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, tourette's syndrome. Services include medication management, counseling, and psychiatric day treatment.
