Open to households residing in Boone, Campbell, or Kenton County who have at least one child in kindergarten through 3rd grade and are at imminent risk of homelessness.

Description

Provides an 18-month, intensive case management program for families facing a housing crisis. Case managers assist families with preventing homelessness, decreasing student school mobility, and increasing household income.
