Client for whom service is sought must be age 18 or older, live in Cuyahoga County, have developmental disability, and be registered with the County Board.

Call Hotline 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week - caller will be prompted regarding the type and acuteness of the situation being reported.

Investigates cases of alleged abuse (Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Verbal Abuse, Neglect, Misappropriation, and Exploitation) as well as any health or safety issue for adults with developmental disabilities.
