Eligibility

Serves Ohio residents who are WIC eligible, receive Medicaid and are pregnant or have a child aged birth through age 7. Must meet income qualifications and be receiving Medicaid or WIC.

Required documents

Photo I.D., proof of income: accepts variety of proofs, including WIC or Medicaid card, pay stubs, assistance statements. Proof of Ohio residence: accepts a variety of proofs.

Description

Provides size-appropriate seats for children that buckle into passenger vehicles. Seats are fitted to the child and installed by a technician. Offers front-facing, high-backed seats as well as booster seats for older children. Distribution includes safety education and installation of the seat in vehicle.
