The debit card is free, but some services associated with the card are free and others have a fixed fee.

Description

Deposits federal benefit payments on a prepaid debit card. The card can be used to make purchases, access cash and pay bills. Protects individuals from having their benefits checks lost or stolen. Participants do not have to have a bank account.
