Miami County residents with family income at or below 175% federal poverty guidelines. Must be a citizen. Income-eligible customers must meet ONE of the following additional eligibility requirements and have a household member who:*is 60 years of age or older*have a medical necessity documented by a qualified medical professional*have a documented COVID-19 diagnosis within the last 12 months*household is enrolling in PIPP Plus for the 1st time or has a PIPP default
