Application process
Call the office for more information. The individual client, a treating psychiatrist, a family member, or another treating professional may request Residential Services. A standardized assessment tool (LOCUS) and clinical interview with the referred individual and the assigned Community Rehabilitation Specialist begins the process to determine if Residential Treatment or other residential options are best for the individual.

Description
Offers residential treatment facilities for persons living with severe and persistent mental illnesses. These facilities provide 24-hour supervision and support. The Residential Treatment Program is a transitional housing program designed to habilitate the participants to enable them to live as independently in the community as possible upon discharge.
