24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
Application process
Must be selected by the Cuyhoga County Common Pleas Court. May phone for information M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm.
Fees
Fixed fee for setup of the monitoring system.

Description
Provides an alternative sentencing option for offenders that requires them to wear an electronic monitoring device and restricts them to their homes. Some instances like work, church, or medical care, may allow them to leave for short periods of time.
