Individuals must be at least 60 years of age. Must reside in the following service areas: parts of zip codes 44102, 44111, 44113, and 44144.

Description

Provides home delivered meals to those who are homebound and unable to prepare meals on their own. Client receives one hot meal per day. Special diets (other than dessert) cannot be accommodated as meals come from caterer, although they are basically low in sodium.
